Privacy Policy
1. About this policy
This policy explains how VocApp AI Inc. handles information when you purchase or use Mira Skill, a video-extraction service compatible with Claude and ChatGPT.
2. Information processed
Information you provide to us: We request your email address for delivering the ZIP package and setup instructions, associating your subscription with your access, and providing support. We do not require a separate profile with additional personal details.
Video-processing content: To provide the service, our systems receive links to Reels, TikToks, Shorts or other supported videos and process the video, selected frames, captions, audio/voiceover, transcripts and resulting extracts. Content may itself contain personal information even though we do not ask you to enter personal profile details.
Payment information: Stripe handles checkout and card processing. We receive transaction/subscription identifiers, payment status and billing-related information necessary to administer purchases and refunds; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
Technical information: Hosting, email, security and payment systems may necessarily process limited technical information (such as IP addresses, request timestamps and delivery logs) even if we do not ask for it as an account field.
Support information: We process messages you send to support, including the email address and details needed to resolve the issue.
3. Purposes
We use information to deliver Mira Skill, email your ZIP and instructions, process video extraction, enforce the limit of 20 requests per day, administer recurring subscriptions, handle cancellation/refunds, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.
4. Service providers
We use Stripe for payment processing and subscription administration, and OpenAI and Anthropic for AI-related processing. Content required for an extraction may be sent to these AI providers. Other infrastructure and email providers may process data on our behalf.
Third-party providers have their own processing and retention arrangements. Our 21-day deletion rule below describes our own retained processing data; it does not override retention by third parties or records we must retain by law.
5. Cookies and advertising
Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits, clicks on subscription buttons and purchases, and to show relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The pixel is loaded only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner; if you click “Reject”, nothing from Meta is loaded.
When you accept, the pixel sets cookies and sends Meta Platforms, Inc. technical data such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you visit on mira-ai-skill.pro and, after checkout, the purchase amount and plan. We do not send Meta your email, your API key, the videos you process or their extracts.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of our website, and you can control ad personalization in your Meta account settings or block cookies in your browser. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) so we don’t ask again on every visit.
6. Retention
We retain video-processing materials and results for up to 21 days, after which we delete them from our own systems, subject to the verification notes below. Results delivered into Claude or ChatGPT may be retained by those platforms according to their own terms, privacy settings, and retention practices; deleting our copies does not delete copies in those services. We retain email addresses and subscription records while needed to provide and manage subscriptions and thereafter where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Support messages are retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes. We do not promise immediate deletion of information that must legally be retained.
7. International processing
We are a US company, and service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where applicable, we use legally required safeguards for international transfers.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit private videos or content unless you have permission and understand the processing described here.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Email support@mira-ai-skill.pro. We may need to verify your request and may retain records where required by law.
10. Children
Mira Skill does not impose a product-specific minimum age, but users must be legally able to agree to these terms, and applicable laws and third-party platform age requirements still apply. We do not knowingly seek personal data from children. If you believe a child's information has been processed improperly, contact us.
11. Changes and contact
