Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and service
By accessing or subscribing to Mira Skill, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Mira Skill is a software service that extracts information from supported short-form videos and makes the results usable with supported AI tools. Available features may change as the service evolves. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Plans and pricing
Mira Skill offers two recurring subscription plans:

Both plans are limited to 20 video-processing requests per day per subscription. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC each day. The daily allowance is a usage ceiling, not a guaranteed minimum number of successful third-party video downloads. Once the daily limit is reached, further requests are unavailable until the next reset; there is no paid overage option. The service may also apply reasonable technical and abuse-prevention restrictions. We will disclose material changes to plan limits before they apply to a renewal where required by law.
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be shown at checkout where required. Payment processing is provided by Stripe; the seller of the subscription is VocApp AI Inc.
3. Delivery and access
After successful payment, we send a ZIP package containing the Mira Skill files and setup instructions to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate, accessible email address. If the email does not arrive, contact support@mira-ai-skill.pro for assistance. A subscription provides access to the service subject to the usage limits below; the delivered ZIP package is not a transfer of ownership of the software.
4. Automatic renewal and authorization
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the then-disclosed recurring subscription price and applicable taxes to your selected payment method at each renewal. We will provide notice of price changes when required by law. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@mira-ai-skill.pro from the email address used for your subscription. We aim to process cancellation requests within 24–48 hours of receipt. Please contact us before your next renewal to avoid another charge. If a renewal occurs after you submitted a cancellation request but before we processed it, contact us and we will refund that renewal charge. We intend to add self-service cancellation on our website; until it is available, use email support. Where applicable law requires faster or online cancellation, those requirements take precedence.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or covered by our Refund Policy, cancellation does not reverse a charge already processed. Your paid access generally continues until the end of the current billing period, unless a refund results in earlier termination.
5. Unused allowances and subscription fees
A subscription pays for access to Mira Skill during the billing period, not for a guaranteed quantity of consumed tokens, video requests, or other usage. Unused daily allowances do not accumulate, roll over, or convert into credits or cash. Not using the service during a paid month does not, by itself, cancel the subscription or entitle you to a refund. However, our 3-day renewal refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights still apply, including when the service was unused. See our Refund Policy.
6. Third-party content and technical limitations
Video availability depends on third-party platforms, content settings, permissions, geographic restrictions, technical changes, and applicable law. We do not guarantee extraction or download of every video. Mira Skill is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Anthropic, or OpenAI. Third-party names identify compatibility or sources only. You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights and permissions to submit, extract, download, store, or use content. Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property, bypass access controls, or violate applicable platform rules or laws.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to evade the daily limit, share an account in a manner designed to circumvent limits, interfere with our systems, distribute malicious content, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or comply with law; where practical, we will provide an explanation and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, update, or modify features. If a material change adversely affects an active paid subscription, we will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law.
9. Refunds
Our voluntary refund policy allows requests within 3 calendar days after an initial or recurring subscription charge, subject to the details in our Refund Policy. This policy does not restrict non-waivable legal rights. To request a refund, email support@mira-ai-skill.pro with the email used at checkout and the charge date. Do not send complete card numbers.
10. Intellectual property
Mira Skill and its software, design, and original materials are owned by or licensed to VocApp AI Inc. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription in accordance with these Terms. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide, subject to the rights of its original owners.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated here. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages or changes beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by the law applicable to you.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or state require otherwise. Before bringing a formal claim, you may contact us at support@mira-ai-skill.pro to seek a resolution. Nothing here limits a consumer's right to bring a claim in a legally required forum.
13. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms. We will publish the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where required. For questions, cancellation, refunds, or complaints, contact support@mira-ai-skill.pro.
