Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime
Mira Skill subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time yourself with the cancellation form: enter the email address used at checkout and confirm from the link we email you. The cancellation takes effect immediately — your subscription will not renew. You can also email support@mira-ai-skill.pro; we aim to process emailed requests within 24–48 hours, and if a renewal occurs after you emailed but before we processed it, we will refund that renewal charge. Where applicable law requires a faster or online cancellation method, that requirement applies. Unless a refund is issued or applicable law requires otherwise, access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
Our 3-day refund guarantee
If you are charged for an initial subscription or monthly renewal, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days (72 hours) after the charge. We will approve eligible requests for the subscription charge, including when you forgot to cancel or did not use the service. You do not need to provide a reason.
Send your request to support@mira-ai-skill.pro, preferably from the email used at checkout, with the date of the charge. We may request limited information to locate and verify the transaction. Please do not send full payment-card details.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the credit appears. When we issue a refund, we may end the refunded subscription's access immediately.
After the 3-day window
Payments are generally non-refundable after the 3-day voluntary refund window solely because the subscription was unused or you forgot to cancel. Unused requests or tokens do not roll over and are not redeemable for money. We will nevertheless review claims about duplicate charges, billing errors, material service failures, or other exceptional circumstances fairly. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory refund, withdrawal, or consumer-protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
Billing questions or disputes
If you do not recognize a charge or believe it is incorrect, contact support@mira-ai-skill.pro so we can investigate and, when appropriate, refund it promptly. You retain any rights to contact your bank or card issuer; this policy does not waive those rights.
